How much does it cost to rent a speaker system in Nashville?

The full 15" PA system (two speakers, mixer, mic, stands and cables) is $150 per day with self-serve pickup in East Nashville. Delivery and setup are optional add-ons. Need more than one day? Ask for a multi-day rate.

How many people can the system cover?

A pair of 15" powered speakers comfortably handles speeches and music for a backyard party, ceremony, or meeting of up to 200 people. For bigger or louder events, message me and we will figure out the right setup.

Do I need to know how to set it up?

No. The speakers are self-powered, so setup is stands, speakers, power, and one cable to the mixer. You will get a one-page quick start sheet, and I am a text away. Want it done for you? Choose delivery with setup and teardown.

Can I play music from my phone?

Yes. Pair by Bluetooth or plug in with a cable. The mixer also has a USB connection for a laptop, and a microphone input for speeches, a DJ, or a band.

How does pickup work?

After you book, I send the exact pickup address in East Nashville (37206) and a time window. You sign a short rental agreement, load the gear, and return it on the agreed date.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel at least 48 hours before pickup for a full refund.

Can I book last minute?

If the calendar shows the date open, you can book instantly. For same-day needs, call or text and I will do my best.
